FAQ's

Shipping Info:

  • All orders ship from Maryland, USA.
  • We work Monday - Friday. Orders are given a 1-3 day processing time. 
  • Mail is out of my control after drop-off to partner carrier.

Returns & Exchanges:


Conditions of return:

  • Buyer can return or exchange items
  • Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
  • If item is defective or damaged upon delivery(when received by mail carrier), The seller will provide a full refund with proof of damages.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Cancellations:

My shop accepts order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shop Policies

  • If you need an address change, please email us with your order number and new address before your order ships.

  • If something is wrong with the order you received, please email us first with photo proofs so we can help as best as we can. 

  • In the event of lost, stolen or damaged mail:
    • Please note we are not responsible for mistakes made by USPS, damage to orders by the carrier, incorrect addresses given by customers, or lost or stolen packages
    • Please keep an eye out to see if your package was delivered to a neighbor, or if the postal service delivers it within the next few days. On some occasions they will mark items delivered and they arrive within a few days of said notice. 
    • Please contact usright away if your package arrives damaged or is missing. We will do our best to help, but as we are not the postal service, I cannot guarantee an immediate solution.

  • If a package gets returned to me:
    • If it was a mistake on your end, you can choose between paying the extra shipping to send it back to you, or a refund excluding shipping cost and taxes.
    • If it was my mistake, the package will be shipped back to you.
